We know how important it is to simplify life as much as possible, especially after an injury, illness, or other personal setback. Bartlett Reserve collaborates with several local agencies to provide residents all the care and support they may need, right on site at our community.

You'll find that we've thought of just about everything, and can connect you with the right people to make life easier. Supportive services include: home health agencies, in-home aide and companion agencies, various healthcare professionals, and pharmacies.

Right at Home - In Home Care and Assistance

Right at Home offers assistance to Bartlett Reserve residents who are self-sufficient but who may need help from time to time. Examples of services Right at Home can provide include:

  • Companionship when you have stories to share
  • A helping hand with your groceries
  • Help getting ready for an outing
  • Monitoring of your medications
  • Assistance to a doctor visit and follow up care

From the moment you call, Right at Home begins considering your specific needs. They will ask questions during your call to form a basic needs assessment. Then they will set up an in-home visit that enables them to gather even more information, answer questions, and help you understand how Right at Home can help.

Every Right at Home caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. Once hired, caregivers are trained through Right at Home University to ensure they're able to deliver the care written in your Custom Care Plan. Before providing care, they're bonded and insured.

Bartlett Reserve partners with Right at Home, but is not directly involved with providing services once the connection is made. If you have questions, you may contact us or you may contact Right at Home.
