Home Seller's Program
Our Home Seller's Program was developed to take the worry out of selling your home and to make it less costly for you to move into our senior living community, Bartlett Reserve.
The program includes
- A discount of $500 per month deducted from your rent until your home sells or up to 15 months, whichever comes first.
- 80% of the money advanced to be paid back when your home sells.
Home Seller's Program Example
If your home sells in 13 months and your average monthly costs are $500, you would calculate your savings as follows:
- $500.00 x 13 = $6,500 (Monthly discount amount multiplied by 13 months = $6,500).
- 80% of total = $5,200, due when your home sells
- Total savings = $1,300.
