Sean is a customer service driven professional and excels in creating and managing incredible living environments for seniors.
Sean has served in both Independent Living and Assisted Living Communities throughout his career, but it is Independent Living where he got his start back in 1998 and it is in Independent Living that he finds the most joy. “There is nothing more rewarding than helping a Resident keep and maintain their independence and creating a community and culture where that is not just a saying but is lived out every day…it is incredibly fulfilling.”
In the 4 years that Bartlett Reserve has been open, Sean has strived to ensure that the Residents receive the highest level of service possible and is often adjusting to meet the ever-changing needs of the Residents. This commitment to excellence is demonstrated by the incredible team assembled at Bartlett Reserve. “The team here is willing to sacrifice so much for our Residents, it is truly a family environment.” Sean leads by example and hopes that his desire to serve the Residents will be reflected in the entire Team at Bartlett Reserve.
Born and raised in Kailua, Hawaii, Sean moved to the mainland to attend Kent State University, where he majored in Business Management. Anil Patel, Maintenance Director
Bartlett Reserve was lucky enough to "acquire" Anil, along with the purchase of the building! In all seriousness, he has been on site since 2012, and knows everything there is to know about our campus. His favorite part of his job, is teaching and learning from fellow employees and helping the residents with whatever they need and being able to make the smile! You name it, from electrical to heating, to carpentry to plumbing...he can do it all! And always with a smile on his face!
When Anil is not working at the community, he is volunteering at his Temple and practicing his faith and it's teachings, along with enjoying time with his family.
He and his wife of 36 years, have an amazing daughter and son-in-law, and two beautiful granddaughters, Suhani who is 5 years old and Aneri who is 3 years old. All you have to do is ask him to show you a photo of them, and he starts beaming with pride!
